These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of all products, programs, digital downloads, live events, memberships, and services offered by Ellestra Studio, a subsidiary of Moment to Moment Pictures Inc. ("we," "us," or "our").
By purchasing, registering for, or accessing any Ellestra Studio offering, you agree to these terms.
Ellestra Studio is a subsidiary of Moment to Moment Pictures Inc., a Canadian corporation. All purchases, subscriptions, and agreements are entered into with Moment to Moment Pictures Inc.
Ellestra Studio offers a range of products and programs, which may include digital downloads, live and recorded workshops, group programs, membership communities, and custom services. Specific details — including pricing, format, and what is included — are described on the relevant product or registration page at the time of purchase.
One-time purchases (digital products, standalone workshops, and similar) grant you access to the specific content described at checkout. Pricing and inclusions are confirmed before purchase.
Subscriptions and memberships are billed on a recurring basis (typically monthly) and renew automatically until cancelled. What is included at each subscription tier is described on the relevant membership page.
Custom and done-for-you services are governed by a separate agreement confirmed in writing before work begins.
Subscription fees are billed on the date of your initial purchase and renew on the same date each subsequent billing period. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on digital products, workshop registrations, membership subscriptions, group programs, or any other Ellestra Studio offering.
Upon purchase, you receive immediate access to digital content — materials, recordings, downloads, and community access as applicable. Because access is granted at the time of purchase, we are unable to issue refunds.
If you have a question about a charge or believe an error has been made, contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.
All materials provided by Ellestra Studio — including but not limited to templates, frameworks, recordings, written content, and digital downloads — are the intellectual property of Moment to Moment Pictures Inc. You may use these materials for your own personal or business purposes. You may not resell, reproduce, redistribute, or share them with others without our written permission.
We share real results from real businesses. However, individual outcomes will vary based on your effort, your business, and how you apply what you learn. We make no guarantees of specific outcomes, revenue, savings, or business results of any kind.
Under EU consumer protection law, you ordinarily have a 14-day right of withdrawal on digital purchases. However, by completing your purchase and accessing digital content (downloads, recordings, community access) immediately upon checkout, you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal from the moment that access is granted. This waiver is consistent with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
Our services are intended for adults aged 18 or older. By purchasing or registering for any Ellestra Studio offering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
Access to digital products and program materials is delivered via the email address you provide at purchase. You are responsible for keeping access to that email secure. We are not liable for unauthorized access to your purchases that results from a compromised email account.
Some of our products and services use AI to generate or process content. Where this applies, the inputs you provide may be sent to Anthropic (the provider of the Claude AI model) for processing. We do not sell your inputs and we do not use your inputs to train AI models.
If you purchase a guide, kit, or operator, the AI model you choose to run it with on your own machine is your responsibility — what you share with that AI is governed by that AI provider's own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the conduct, output, or data practices of any third-party AI provider you choose to use.
Some of our programs require third-party tools or API access at additional cost. You are responsible for those costs and for complying with the terms of those third-party services.
Members of any Ellestra Studio community or program are expected to engage respectfully. You agree not to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access — without refund — for any conduct that violates these terms or that is harmful, disrespectful, or disruptive to other participants or to Ellestra Studio staff.
Our services, products, and content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moment to Moment Pictures Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, programs, or content. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Moment to Moment Pictures Inc., its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and contractors from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of our services, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising out of these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
